Cancellation Policy

Under this policy Dhandeep Seeds states that:
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel this order and refund the entire amount to you within 10 to 15 days. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Dhandeep Seeds marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Refund Policy

Orders delivered & accepted by customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 24hrs.

Replacement/Return Policy

If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of product or receipt of a defective or expired item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost with 6-7 working days. However an exchange is subject to availability of the product in our stock. To return the product received customers need to put the product in the packing bag which has come with it or can put in a plastic bag.To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the request should be within 24 hours of receiving the product. Return will be collected from your home free of cost
